Make a Reservation

To ensure you have a wonderful experience at Lotusland, carefully read our policies and guidelines before booking your reservation.

For Members: Input your Member ID or registered email to unlock member pricing.

Advance reservations are required for all visitors (same-day reservations and waitlists are not available). Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email and reservation number.

• Reservation times:
  Wednesday – Saturday 
   9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
  All visits are timed and limited to two (2) hours. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation. The gates will close 15 minutes after your reservation start time. 

• Tour options:
  Self-guided visits allow guests to experience the Garden at their own pace. Docent-led tours are typically groups of six to eight guests guided by a trained Docent. Walking roughly two miles these tours take up the entirety of your two hour visit.

Each reservation includes one complimentary vehicle ticket, which must be selected when completing your reservation. Additional vehicles are $25 and based on availability. Neighborhood parking is strictly prohibited.

For the health and safety of our guests and the Garden, Lotusland has a no-pets policy. However, we welcome trained ADA Service Animals (pre-verification required). Note that pets including emotional support/comfort animals are not permitted on the property. Vehicles with pets will be subject to turning away without a refund or rescheduling.

We ask all visitors to kindly respect our collection by staying on designated paths at all times. Collecting or touching any plant material is strictly prohibited. Any removal of plant material or harm to the collection will result in your visit being terminated and you will be asked to leave the property. Lotusland is a no-smoking environment, including all parking lots.

Personal photography within our photography guidelines is welcome during your visit. Tripods, drones, and professional photography equipment are not permitted. Outfit changes or nudity of any kind are not permitted.

Cancellations made with 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled up to three times. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time and no-shows are non-refundable or exchangeable. For members this includes forfeiting complimentary visits and guest passes. Lotusland is open rain or shine, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather.

By booking a reservation, you agree to the Visitor Policies and Terms of Sale as stated on our website. Lotusland reserves the right to deny admission/removal from the property without refund to those who don’t respect the guidelines and policies.
