Susie Cronin
Susie, who lives in Santa Barbara, is an artist, author and poet with a studio in Summerland. Educated at the Madeira School in McLean, Virginia, she earned a BA in English from Williams College in Massachusetts, where she developed her passion for art and design.
Cronin is recognized for her bronze sculpture work and has been featured in solo and group exhibitions across the country. Her exhibit Fables, Foibles and Fairytales has traveled to 18 museums, and was featured last year at The Elverhoj Museum in Solvang.
Her work has been featured in Lotusland exhibits including Flock (2015) and Lotusland Celebrates (2023). Cronin’s bronzes are held in private and public collections, including The Erie Art Museum and the Southern Vermont Arts Center. As a published author and poet, her titles include “Bronze Casting in a Nutshell” and three books of poetry, the most recent of which is titled “What’s Left.”
