David is President of David M. Jones and Associates, a firm he created in 1985 that specializes in estate and insurance planning for families. David is a part-time Santa Barbara resident, splitting his time between Montecito and Naples, Florida. David discovered Montecito on a California vacation almost 20 years ago. He is very involved in his scholarship fund for high school seniors and has awarded dozens of college scholarships over the last 10 years. David is a passionate Burgundy wine collector as well as a member of the Chevaliers du Tastevin based in France. David has been a Lotusland member and supporter since 2012, and is a Lotus Society member.
