Well-being at Lotusland
Nature restores us and promotes a sense of wellbeing. This year, Lotusland launches a series of programs designed to have you engage with nature and experience the Garden with a fresh perspective.
Skilled professionals will lead a series of Well-being Wednesdays, special sessions for regular doses of nature’s healing, resilience, and a sense of wholeness.
Each class consists of a 45-minute guided activity followed by a 45-minute walk in the Garden.
Our September Well-being Wednesday session will feature yoga with Kirsten Frascella.
