Nature restores us and promotes a sense of wellbeing. This year, Lotusland launches a series of programs designed to have you engage with nature and experience the Garden with a fresh perspective.
Skilled professionals will lead a series of Wellbeing Wednesdays, special sessions for regular doses of nature’s healing, resilience, and a sense of wholeness.
Each class consists of a 45-minute guided activity followed by a 45-minute walk in the Garden.
As the lotus come into full-bloom, our July 5th Wellbeing Wednesday session will feature a lotus inspired guided meditation and crystal tones sound healing journey led by Dina Saalisi of Dina Saalisi Healing Arts.
Dina Saalisi is a holistic healer, author, and educator who guides others in creating optimal well-being of mind, body, and spirit. Her certifications include National-Board Health & Wellness Coach, Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist. Her published books include Listening to Flowers: Positive Affirmations to Invoke the Healing Energy of the 38 Bach Flowers and Find Your Animal: A Spiritual Guide to Self-Discovery.
