Well-being at Lotusland
Join PALMA Colectiva and Belle Hahn, for Spirit Garden, an afternoon immersion at Lotusland garden embodying the spirit of the garden through relation to the plants and elemental forces that create it’s alchemy. Through Tea Ceremony, mindful nature walking, nourishing food, and a private performance from Moon Valley Choir, we’ll drop in to the creative essence and regenerative spirit of the garden and it’s rich history of a place of sanctuary and exploration.
We’ll begin with Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Morgann Francesca in the Japanese Garden. Cha Dao, or “the way of tea” is a silent tea meditation from the Chinese lineage bringing one in relation to spirit and the natural wonders of plant and water. We will then mindfully move through the garden to a beautiful nourishing spread and enjoy some conversation around the history of the garden and it’s cultural significance. Following is a one of a kind private performance by Moon Valley Choir- a collective of women local to Ojai who sing in celebration of life, healing, and exploration of the great mystery. Through song, dance, and storytelling, they perform rituals and rites, guiding others into the heart of profound experience.
