Together, we can ensure the future of one the world’s most remarkable gardens and a cherished community treasure.

Thank you for the important role you play in supporting Lotusland as a place of beauty, conservation, learning, and the most spectacular center for ornamental horticulture. As a nonprofit public garden, we care for this extraordinary Garden in a way that honors its history, respects its setting, and ensures it remains welcoming and well-tended for generations to come.

As part of its 20-year Master Plan, Lotusland proposes a series of thoughtful physical improvements to support essential horticultural care, conservation efforts, accessibility, and educational programming. These enhancements are designed to accommodate the expanded public access outlined in the Conditional Use Permit application, including a modest increase in daily visitation from 200 to 250 visitors and a transition to year-round operations, while maintaining our well-established neighborhood character.
