Lotusland Celebrates returns on Saturday, July 19th for its 31st edition with the Jardin des Rêves (Garden of Dreams), uniting culture and philanthropy to benefit the Garden’s vital mission. This enchanting event supports Lotusland’s efforts to preserve biodiversity, offer innovative programing, and inspire environmental stewardship. Held within the surreal beauty of Madame Ganna Walska’s Montecito estate, Jardin des Rêves is a celebration of nature’s wonders and human creativity.
Guests will make a grand entrance for a cocktail hour, where immersive experiences bring the Garden to life, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration. The evening continues with an elegant sit-down dinner, featuring fine wines and exquisite cuisine, served in the breathtaking surroundings of Lotusland. The program will reflect on Lotusland’s commitment to plant conservation, sustainability, and environmental stewardship, concluding with a spirited live auction offering one-of-a-kind experiences and unique treasures—the kind dreams are made of.
As Santa Barbara’s most anticipated gala, Lotusland Celebrates brings together 500 patrons, philanthropists, and influential figures from around the world. Together, we cultivate a shared vision of sustainability, beauty, and innovation in support of one of the most unique gardens on earth.

1st Thursday Public Reception, July 3, 5 – 8pm
Organized in collaboration with Sullivan Goss: An American Art Gallery and inspired by Madame Ganna Walska’s iconic botanical paradise, discover the work of 31 artists in a special benefit exhibition presented at the Gallery throughout the month of July.
Free admission. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the artworks support the Garden and its mission.
